Detailed Description
The H Type 3 Valve Manifold – Flange to Flange is designed for connecting impulse lines and differential pressure transmitters in oil and gas and industrial process applications. It consists of two block valves, one equalizer valve, and two ¼” Female NPT vent/test connections, providing accurate isolation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation.
The manifold is rated for a standard working pressure of 6000 PSI, with maximum ratings up to 10000 PSI available on request. Temperature ratings range from -50°C to 230°C, with 500°C possible using graphite seals. The body features a metal-to-metal seal for high pressure and temperature applications, eliminating the need for O-ring seals, and materials can be supplied according to NACE MR 01 75 standards.
Each valve is 100% factory tested per international pressure standards, including pneumatic testing with nitrogen at 1000 PSI for seat and packing leakage, with a maximum allowable leak rate of 0.1 sec/min. Stems have back seats, rolled threads, and self-centering non-rotating tips for consistent, leak-free operation. The H Type design allows reliable, safe, and precise operation in high-pressure, high-temperature process environments.
