The Monoflange Single Body Double Block and Bleed Valve combines two isolation points and a vent in a single compact body, providing safe and reliable isolation in oil and gas and process systems. It features a ball isolation mechanism for leak-proof shut-off and a needle drain to safely vent the cavity between the isolation points. This design is particularly suitable for instrument or gauge isolation, chemical injection, sampling, and piping interface applications, where compact size and reduced leak paths are critical.
