The MECH-10 Mechanical Set Packer is a full bore, single string, retrievable packer engineered for high pressure and high temperature well operations. It is compression set, which allows the tubing to be landed in tension, compression, or neutral while maintaining a reliable seal. The packer is rated for 10,000 PSI differential at temperatures up to 350°F, making it suitable for demanding fracturing and production applications.

The design incorporates a high performance three-piece element system capable of handling both high pressure and pressure reversal loads. Independent upper and lower Jay assemblies ensure stable engagement with the casing, while a rocker type lower slip assembly provides dependable mechanical hold. The packer has a full opening internal diameter, allowing unobstructed stimulation, through-tubing perforation, and access for wireline tools.

A built-in bypass with bonded seals allows fluid to circulate safely during retrieval, opening before the upper slips release to reduce operational risks. The staged loading of upper slips and absence of O-rings enhance durability and ease of use.
