Male and female NPT connections enable integration into various piping systems, commonly used in instrumentation, process control, and oil and gas applications.

These valves are manufactured according to ASME B16.34 standards and type-tested to MSS-SP-99. They have a standard working pressure of 6000 PSI, with options for higher pressures. The metal-to-metal body and bonnet seal provides reliable sealing under high pressure and temperature conditions. Materials can comply with NACE MR 01 75, and the valves operate over a temperature range of -50°C to 230°C, with graphite seals available up to 500°C.

Each valve undergoes factory testing for seat and packing leakage using nitrogen gas at 1000 PSI. The valves feature a back-seated stem, rolled threads, and a mirror-finished stem through the packing, ensuring consistent and smooth operation. The removable T-handle reduces torque requirements during operation, and a dust cap protects the stem threads. The hex body and male-female connections provide a standard interface for connection while maintaining secure and leak-resistant operation.
