Member companies are responsible for delivering equipment and services appropriate for the required workscope, and while Ballycatter is not directly in control of the performance of those companies using the platofrm, we do our best to vet applicants before becoming active on the site.
Ballycatter works to facilitate positive business transactions within industry between reputable companies who do what they say they will do. In cases where we handle the financial transaction, we do not release funds until the order is confirmed received, and we ensure prompt payment to create a level playing field between purchasers and sellers.

Order is not received, missing

Delays During Shipping, Customs or Complex Freight Deliveries
If your order is late and it was shipped under customs agreements or through complex freight deliveries, please report the situation to us directly.
